1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of bedding products, sleep accessories, and wellness items offered by Luneo on its website.
2. Products
The products available for sale are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Each product includes a detailed description outlining its characteristics, materials, dimensions, care instructions, and, where applicable, usage recommendations.
Product availability depends on existing stock levels.
Luneo makes every effort to present its products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (color, texture, on-screen rendering) may occur depending on the user’s display device.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Swiss Franc (CHF), or Canadian Dollar (CAD), all taxes included.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
Luneo reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and final commitment once payment has been validated.
An order confirmation email summarizing the purchase is sent to the customer after validation.
Luneo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, payment refusal, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are made online using the secure payment methods available (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop, etc.).
Products are shipped only after full payment has been received.
6. Legal Warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a defective product, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
These warranties cover product quality and conformity, but do not apply to subjective expectations related to comfort or personal perception.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Luneo (defective item or incorrect product).
8. Cookie Policy
The Luneo website uses cookies to improve user experience, measure traffic (for example via Google Analytics), and personalize content and advertising.
Upon your first visit, a cookie management banner will be displayed.
You may accept, refuse, or customize your preferences at any time via the banner or through your browser settings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luneo website (texts, visuals, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, and graphic elements) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of all or part of the website content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Luneo.
10. Liability
Luneo strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee the absence of unintentional errors.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute contractual commitments.
Luneo declines all liability for improper or non-compliant use of its products.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Canada-adapted)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of France.
However, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to customers under the laws applicable in their country, province, or territory of residence, including those applicable in Canada.
In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Luneo’s customer service via the contact form available on the website in order to seek an amicable resolution.
If no amicable solution is reached, and where applicable, customers residing in the European Union may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

This provision does not deprive consumers of the right to bring a claim before the competent courts of their place of residence, where such right is granted by mandatory consumer protection laws.
